- 12 month lease
1 bedroom in 4 beds 4 baths.

((FIRST MONTH PAID!!))FULLY FURNISHED, DECORATED, PRIVATE BATHROOM, ONLY PAY 💡electric, 🐕 pet FRIENDLY, FREE PARKING, PARTY BUSES

My plans have changed for this summer/ upcoming school year due to the pandemic, and I&#;m looking to sublease my room in a 4x4, all 👩 female apartment. 👯‍♀️

It&#;s honestly a great place, which is why I had originally resigned! I&#;ve lived here for two years and have really enjoyed my ⌚time here. My room has a beautiful big window and personal bathroom, and my roommate who resigned ❤️loveS to decorate and make every corner of our apartment feel like home :). 🖼 !!I AM WILLING TO PAY YOUR FIRST MONTH OF RENT (AUGUST)!!

This is one of the cheapest student apartments in the area, and the only utilities you have to pay for are 💡electric which usually ends up only being about $ a month. There are also 🚌 buses that run to campus every mins!

There&#;s a really pretty nature trail right behind the complex too 🌿.

Here&#;s the overview:

• 4x4 with private bath
• $/month rent and only pay 💡electric (usually $/month) - a pretty great deal!
• All 👩 female apartment, please only reach out if you are 👩 female!
• Must be okay with dogs; my roommate has two adorable dogs; they are both super sweet and friendly, one is a shy, small teddy-bear looking poodle dog and the other is a young akita--they both ❤️love to cuddle and are very friendly.
• Fully furnished AND decorated, nice appliances roommate provides.
• Frequent 🚌 buses to campus
• Nice natural trail right next to complex
• FREE parking, no permit required
• Party 🚌 buses to Austin come every weekend
• Nice 🏊 pool, amenities, small gym

I can be reached at the number or email listed on this ad; reach out to me if interested, I&#;ll be happy to send more pics or answer any questions!

AGAIN, I am willing to pay your first month of August rent!!!
