The Mark - looking for 👨 male to take over current lease and go through their application process. I’m willing to reimburse your application fee for The Mark and pay some towards your monthly rent if your application is accepted. Just trying to fill the apt and not have to pay for it while my 👨 son isn’t there. Other 3 roommates are 👨 males and either current students at UGA or UNG - Oconee. This is available through beginning of August when the current lease expires.
