I’m looking for someone to take over or sublease my 1/1 in a 4/4 at Gainesville place Apartments.
The apartment is fully furnished (upgraded) has a washer and dryer machine and utilities range from a month.
My other roommates are 3 awesome 👩 girls, 🎇clean and easy going. One of them has a dog so you have to be comfortable with that, but she mostly stays in her room. 🚍 bus stops are super close and the complex has two 🏊 pools, a gym, study room, basketball, tennis and soccer courts and so much more!
Rent is /month but I’m totally open to negotiate
You can move in as soon as you want and the lease goes to July st. Lots of parking space, safe and quite area
