The housemates are 🎇clean, quiet, and typically are not at home all that often due to classes, work and other obligations.
There are two living room areas, both with couches, one dining room area, and a lot of open space.
The guest bathroom is closest to the kitchen, while the full serviced bathroom is close to all the residential rooms.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
