My place is very homey and a 5 minute 🚶 walk to the heart of ASU’s campus. It’s a duplex unit that has been completely remodeled and still kept its charm. The neighborhood is colorful, welcoming, LGBTQ friendly and extremely dog friendly. Brand new acrylic wood flooring, subway tile shower, big farm stile sink and stainless appliances, a very nice backyard with access from the master, and nice Vaulted ceilings with a big bay window so it’s nice and open. I believe it’s around sqft. Perfect for a couple or a single person. Feel free to bring your dog! My taste in decor isn’t anything crazy but I added in some shelving and some other helpful things to keep it organized. I’d like to be gone from late June to September but it’s up in the air and totally open for discussion. All in all, I pay $ for everything but I will shave a bit off and do $. That includes 🌊 water, 💡electric,WiFi, ⛽gas and the rent itself.
