Move in date is flexible, but 3 months is fixed. I have 3 👨 maleroommates. They are quiet and keep to themselves. One has a stereo system he some⌚times uses but will turn it down if you ask. He also has a cat that he lets in the common area some⌚times. Price does not include utilities. Feel free to text me any questions.
