I am looking for someone to re-lease my apartment for any⌚time throughout May up until July , at 1:pm. The apartment is one bedroom and one bathroom along with amenities such as a kitchen, living room, washing/drying machine. It is located in a four-bedroom plan (that means there are three other roommates). I will cover the rent for May in full and you may cover the rent for June and July.
NOTE: The person who re-leases must be 👨 male because the 4-bedrooms are rented by 👨 guys and the paperwork states the person must be the same sex as me.
