Hello, I am looking to sublease my unit at Valentine Commons for the Summer. I am flexible with the dates, but the apartment would be available from May 1st until the end of the lease, July st. The unit is a four-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment shared with three wonderful 👩 girls. The rent is , including all utilities, and there is parking available in the Valentine Commons parking deck.
There are many amenities, including an in-unit washer and dryer, a full kitchen with disposal and dishwasher, a community gym with a 🕶️ tanning bed, and a beautiful view of the downtown area as this is a th-floor unit. The commute to campus is non-existent as you are actual steps from classes. With an 8 minute 🚶 walk to Carmichael gym and 5 minutes to Fountain, this apartment can&#;t be beat in terms of location.
I am willing to cover any fees associated with subleasing. I have tons more pictures, but I was only able to post one. If anyone is interested, would like more pictures, or if you have questions and feel free to reach out :)
