The apartment is in very good condition with all appliances and utilities working properly. There&#;s 3 bedrooms each with their own separate bathrooms. The unit comes with a pantry and washer and dryer units. There has been no cases of bug or cockroach infestations over the past year with the unit. All spaces are kept very 🎇clean. We are looking for 3 people to sublease to. Two of us have parking passes that we pay an additional $ a month for which brings the total rent paid per month to $ including parking. If interested in subleasing the parking spots as well, please let us know.
