The monthly rent is $/month and the room is located in Valentine Commons, which offers a /7 gym, 🕶️ tanning beds, free printing, parking ($ per month), and a snack market. The building is 🚶 walking distance to campus and Hillsborough Street! Each room comes fully furnished with all extra costs included (🌊 water,💡electricity etc.).
