This apartment is on the corner of the building on the 9th floor facing campus and downtown, so we have a pretty awesome view and lots of natural light in the kitchen/living room area. I&#;ve included some pictures of the view so you can see for yourself! This apartment also comes with a private bathroom. The apartment is the first one when you get off the elevator and is very conveniently located near the trash chute on the floor. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment that&#;s free and included in rent. The apartment comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, and dresser in the bedroom, as well as all kitchen appliances. ALL UTILITIES are also INCLUDED! Kitchen has very sturdy counter tops and the kitchen/living room area has high ceilings, making the space feel more spacious!
This apartment is for sublease for 👩 females only. I have three 👩 femaleroommates and we are all Juniors at NC State, but I believe that only one will be there during the summer. At least two of the other three rooms are also open to be subleased if you have any friends you&#;d like to live with!
