Both my roommate and I are subleasing our apartment starting June (earlier move-in date is available in May, email me for details). The apartment is in the corner of the 9th floor next to the central stairwell.
Because of its location the apartment is relatively more quiet compared to other apartments in the building. I am subleasing Room A (with a bathroom attached) and my roommate is subleasing Room B (Bathroom across the hall).
The apartment is fully furnished with utilities and cableincluded in the price of rent (📺 tvnot included). The room is on the south side of the building, and since it&#;s on the 9th floor it has a great view of the sunset, the rail road tracks, and lee field.
