It&#;s a good location, about as close to North Campus as you&#;re going to get. Additionally this room is on the first floor so moving in/out is relatively hassle free. Along with the room is a private bathroom, a small living room, a kitchen and washer + dryer. It&#;s possible that current roommates will not be there during the summer months, so it may be a quiet environment if you like that sort of thing. Parking pass is not included, but can be added through Valentine&#;s main staff. The month of May will already be paid for, so you will only have to pay a total of $ for June and July.
