Valentine Commons is a great place to live and is within 🚶 walking distance of NC State. You would have your own room and bathroom. The entire apartment is furnished! Utilities are included! If you want a parking pass to the VC garage, it is an extra dollars a month.
I live with three 👨 guys who are great. They are 🎇clean but not OCD, and very friendly.
Like I stated earlier, rent is a month and if you want a parking pass it would be an extra a month for a total of a month (this is what I currently pay).
