Hey Everyone! Both my roommate & I are subleasing both of our rooms at Valentine Commons for next semester August -August ! Due to unexpected circumstances I am having to get out of my lease at the last minute and move somewhere else. Our layout is a four bedroom, 3 bath, my room is Room C and the other room we are subleasing is Room B. As you can see Room C and D share a bathroom. Our third roommate that we were going to be living with is staying and she is in Room D! She is very chill, takes school seriously but likes to have a good ⌚time on the weekends. She is very social, 🎇neat and 🎇clean. We roomed our freshman year, where we shared a bathroom as well as our sophomore year!! Room C is cheaper than Room B due to the fact that they share a bathroom. If you or a friend are interested to take these two rooms please call or text me at - & we can go from there ! If you have a car, My roommate that is wanting to sublease Room B will pay your first month of parking too! Please help us get these off our hands! JUST TO CLARIFY THERE ARE TWO ROOMS WE ARE SUBLEASING AT VALENTINE COMMONS not JUST ONE!! Valentine Commons is on campus and within 🚶 walking distance from campus.
