All utilities (🌊 water,💡electricity, wifi, cable, ect) are included. There&#;s a washer and a dryer also in the unit! You can move in as soon as May 9, and move out is July , . May&#;s rent will already be payed for so you would just have to pay for June and July. There is an option of adding a parking pass to the VC parking deck for an extra $ a month! Valentine Commons is 🚶 walking distance to NC State campus, as well as, all of the shops and 🍔 restaurants on Hillsborough Street!
