My roommates are 3 other NC state students, they are all very 🎇clean and quiet and one of them is an amazing cook. They respect each others space and I have had no issues so far living with them.
I am also currently leasing a parking spot from valentine commons for dollars a month, If you would like to add that to the lease and park I would be more than happy to include it.
