Sep 2019: Love my experience at collegiate commons. The leasing office staff is very friendly, maintenance is available on call 24/7 and they are very quick to all problems. It’s a gated community and security is available as well! The leasing office always host events as well, breakfast and they do plenty of give aways. Review from Google

Feb 2019: Collegiate Commons is the perfect place for me to live. Not only is it walking distance from my school but it is also affordable. I love the friendliness of the leasing office My room is so very comfortable and relaxing that my friends love coming here. I love also how fast maintenance comes to repair a problem. I can't wait to live another year here. Review from Google
Feb 2019: I have stayed at Collegiate Commons for 3 years now and I honestly do love it, hence why I haven’t moved yet. They are enthusiastic about their residents and provide lots of events to get to know your neighbors. My one complaint would be the performance of the WiFi. Sometimes it can be a bit disappointing but that’s understandable due to the high volume of users and they work to improve all issue swiftly and efficiently. Overall, the experience has been great and provides the most bang for your buck. Review from Google
Feb 2019: Collegiate Commons is a really great place that is both affordable and nicely renovated. The people and the staff in the leasing office are very friendly and personable. The only complaint I have is sometimes the maintenance staff doesn’t always fix my fixtures. Otherwise great complex! Review from Google
Feb 2019: Move here you will not be disappointed! They have the best overall value for their price in Greensboro. The apartments can come furnished and have upgraded kitchens/living areas, spacious rooms, and walk-in and regular sized closets. The staff is extremely nice and will work with you through anything! They also host events every month ranging from grocery bingo to maintenance tips for your car. I have stayed here from my sophomore year up until my graduation and I can honestly say I will miss it here! Review from Google
Feb 2019: I’ve lived at collegiate commons for nearly a year now and have come to love it more and more each day. The bright and smiley attitudes that come from the faculty ever time I walk into the leasing office is a great feeling. No matter the situation they work diligently to ensure it gets resolved. The programs and activities they host to keep our community involved is also a plus. My room is spacious and having a washer and dryer in my apartment makes life way easier! I recommend Collegiate Commons to all of my friends. All around it is amazing. Review from Google
Jan 2019: *Roach infested* *Rude and money hungry property management* *Lazy maintenance* *High overages from cheap appliances* *Worst customer service and NOT student friendly* The microwave has been broken for a month and still had yet to be fixed. Maintenance sucks and doesn’t do anything. They are extremely lazy and pretends to fix things when really they just run the appliances and leave. One time, I came out of my room to see what they were fixing and they were pretending to work and make noises so it sounded like they were fixing something. It took 6 maintenance requests(over 3 Months)for our unit to FINALLY receive a new dishwasher. They said they didn’t have new dishwashers in the budget yet are persistent about giving out flatscreens, video game consoles, throwing parties and giving out free food/drinks every week. They say they provid Review from Google
Nov 2018: Don’t live there unless you smoke pot or cigarettes . My roomates were smoking in the apartment I complained and the leasing office stood up for them and I had to move out and pay for two rents. Bad place to live. Review from Google
Sep 2018: The apartment looked nothing like the model upon moving in. I had to request for new kitchen floors when I had already paid for everything to be brand new. I also had problems with finding spiders everywhere within the apartment. After a lot of calling and complaining, they finally sent someone to spray for bugs inside and out and it worked. Other than that, the apartments are good and great for college students who are just starting out. Spacious and affordable. Review from Google
Jul 2018: I would have to say that, this place (initially) was everything I could ask for. Great roommates, great proximity to Campus, and the fact that we had Gates!!!(the gates ended up being pointless because the tenants leave the gates open with a rock and hop the fence or crawl under it) These were important things to me as I don't spend much time at home. I had previously moved and gladly paid the elevated costs in comparison to the old apartments I had lived in. (Campus green was equally as bad for a different reason). The leasing office seemed to be very kind at first until, I was late for rent. I never pay rent late. This was the only time in my life that I have ever been late. That's when the teeth of collegiate commons came out. I was less than 10 days late, where other apartment complex's would work with you or charge you 5% for everyday th Review from Google
Jul 2018: I am so glad I choose to look into this place. It was the best decision I have ever made. I plan on being here until I graduate. They have made my stay here very welcoming and loving. Review from Google
Jun 2018: Love living here. Mature community. Management sometimes a hit or miss. But in the 2 years I’ve lived here, they have treated me well. Some rules that they have are pretty spineless, because if I pay my rent every month and do what needs to be done. I should be able to be in full comfort not feeling like I have parents. When I haven’t stayed with my parents in 4 years. But in all, the rent is affordable and very convenient to campus, with 2 shuttle stops, a functioning gate, functioning cameras, and convenient for people who do not have cars around that the neighborhood is close enough to walk to wherever you want to go. May 2018: This apartment community is the best. I have lived here for about a year and I love the interaction of the staff with the residents. Review from Google
Dec 2017: Amazing residential area. The staff was helpful but not able to answer all questions that were given. The apartments are nice, I would shoot for the upgrade if possible. Review from Google
Dec 2017: Close to NCAT campus and affordable. Rooms are spacious and our landlords always provide Snacks and food in the media center which is a plus. Appliances need a little upgrading though but nonetheless, Collegiate is great for college students Review from Google
Sep 2017: Rooms are spacious which is great. The price is affordable when they're not adding overages you didn't accumulate to your account. Management is subpar. Review from Google
Aug 2017: Move in day was a breeze..everything was well organized. As a parent, I am very confident and comforted to have my child live at Collegiate Commons. Ms. Betsy is the best...and she sincerely cares about the students and parents. Review from Google
Jun 2017: The rooms are very spacious and the rent is reasonable for college students. They have a lot of programs and activities where you can win prices. BUT you really get what you pay for. I had a situation with 5 people staying in a 3 bedroom apartment. My roommate informed the leasing office and there was no type of investigation. Their room even looked like someone tried to force their way in, you could obviously see the damages. Since there was no proof, there was nothing handled. They really don't care about your safety as long as you pay your rent on time. I had to pay several of overages that I did not accumulate. And when my second roommate was asked if they had extra people, they basically lied and the whole thing was a "he say, she say" kind of situation. Nothing was anonymous, they stated "if you want to remain anonymous then we cannot he Review from Google
