Mar 2017: Overall the place is nice and quiet! And I love it! Constantly doing changes to the complex which is a good thing but in result the rent keeps going up. The staff are sometimes nice but they can be very rude. Review from 3/10/17 on Google
Nov 2016: After several weeks of apartment hunting, I found collegiate commons to be the most convenient. After a tour I expressed my interest and received the contact information from the staff. We began to file the necessary paperwork so that I could sign my lease. On October 27th 2016, I went into the leasing office to complete my paperwork but was missing my money order. So I went to get my money order and came back to disappointment. I found out that due to a lacking in precise management, they overlooked my date for move-in and informed me that I could not move in at all despite having been in contact with me for weeks. On that news, with money order in hand, I left the office highly upset, more than I had ever been in my entire life. The RAN MY CREDIT and made me do everything necessary to spit in my face and leave me with nothing. Review from 11/14/16 on Google
May 2016: Collegiate Commons is the best & affordable campus housing for college students living off campus! Review from 5/16/16 on Google
Jan 2016: I love living here only thing i really dislike is that we didn't get to interview our roommate before she moved in. Now we have a roommate who is the opposite of what we wanted. But other than that it is a good and safe environment to live in. The rooms are spacious and so is the living room and kitchen. I like how the laundry room actually has a little room so we wouldn't have to here the washing machine and dryer going. Review from 1/26/16 on Google
Sep 2014: There is a reason no one wants to live here. Now if you decide to live here I have one thing to say. Never ask the white lady for anything. She is NO help. Horrible attitude. ALWAYS ask the black lady. She is a lot more help. Review from 9/16/2014 on Google

Jul 2014: If you want to live in an unsafe environment and sign a lease where there's horrible management than sign your lease here. Where do I begin? There are robberies every week and occasionally you'll hear some gun shots. The maintenance here is terrible, it takes forever to get things fixed and once one thing is fixed something else is wrong. There is also bugs year-round, they pop up out of no where. There are even roaches crawling around outside others doors. There is mold around the vents. Oh and once you move in it looks like someone was just sleeping there for years. There's dust everywhere and just basically dirty. All the appliances need updating as well. Just dont move here if you know what's best for you. There are so many other apartments for the same price around here, make this your last option point blank period. Review from 7/10/2014 on Google
