I am writing this as a warning for future renters because I wish someone had warned me before I moved here. I care about your well being and this issue is enough to stir anxiety and trigger misophonia. I am relieved to have moved away from seasons. I've lived in apartments for decades in loud neighborhoods, but never in my life have I had to deal with the horrific noise that I do here.
If you choose to stay here long term I hope you dreamed of living in a home with paper walls so you can hear your neighbors every time they talk, scream, walk, have sex, play with running pets, exercise or go to the bathroom. Yes, OUTSIDE it's quiet because no one really walks around, but inside you WILL 100% hear your neighbors beside you and above you and it will certainly be louder than the volume your tv or music could drown out with out being just as loud as them.
Many of us on the bottom floors have expressed these issues to each other so please consider staying on the top floor if you choose to live here and PLEASE have compassion for those living below you Review from Google

I have lived in apartments overall my entire life. I've been in some cheap and loud ghetto neighborhoods but never in my life have I had to deal with the horrific noise that I do here. If you choose to stay here long term I hope you dreamed of living in a home with paper walls so you can hear your neighbors every time they talk, scream, walk, have sex, exercise or go to the bathroom.
The other reviews saying this place is quiet is a joke. The Seasons Apartments by far have been the cleanest unit I have EVER moved into. I've live in many mediocre apartments and student based ones and none of them have been as sanitary and spotless as Seasons. Manager also got the apartment ready for me rather quick too. Naturally if all this is good why am I giving three stars? Well due to some issues with Georgia Southern, I lost my job. I blew through my savings to keep up with rent until two months before my lease was to end. Unfortunately the manager is only a great person until money is involved. She became extremely harassing and unwilling to negotiate and was very quick to threaten eviction a single week after a missed payment. However, when I visited the office, I was informed that the complex is under new management, so I took a chance. Jennifer is awesome and very friendly, and she's always willing to take care of you if you have a problem. When I need something fixed, maintenance will come ASAP, which is usually the same day! As with any home there little issues but they are always on top of it.I love the pool and the nice pond and the fact its pet friendly. The new office manager is so amazing I feel as I have known her all my life. She goes out of her way to fix things. I would remind this place to anyone very quiet never loud which I'm happy about since we have a baby due any day. I would say it's worth it and the rents is very good priced.

Sep 2015: The overall upkeep and condition of these apartments are ridiculously below standard. There is no curb appeal and neighbors would rather sit and stare then smile and say hello. Made me feel like if something were to happen, neighbors would turn a blind eye. Not a place I would recommend. Nov 2013: After moving to this apartment in July, the staff initially seemed very nice, eager to assist, and on top of things in general. After only a week or two, I noticed a bug problem in the apartment. There were several roaches as well as other small insects that looked like termites. I called several times for maintenance to fix this problem as well as asked them to call Termiex which is the complex exterminator. The manager assured me that he sprayed for the bugs all around the apartment thoroughly while I was at work. It is now December and the bugs are the same if not worse. We have also seen mice at the apartment. I feel that the staff puts up a front of being very polite and helpful, but when it comes to an actual issue, they do not do anything. During our time in the apartment, the appliances were also a pain. The fridge quit working causing Review from Google
