NOTE: The current lease ends July st at $/m. Once renewal ⌚time comes August 1st , rent will be changed to $/m (this is still slightly cheaper than the normal rate). Also first month&#;s rent will be prorated on me! The day of move-in can be pushed up to March 1st as well.
The unit is fully furnished with preferences on drawer and bed space to your liking (if available), such as an elevated bedframe and dressers that fit under🎇neath. It has a full kitchen that comes with all the basic appliances, a full-sized washer and dryer, and utilities such as 🌊 water, plumbing, trash, and internet are included in the rent.
The University Commons shopping square is a mere minute 🚶 walk from your door and includes multiple dining areas, a tattoo parlor, entertainment stores and more. There is also the University Palms square right down Alafaya and McCulloch that includes a Publix, as well as a Walmart Neighborhood Market across the street. I have 2 other 👨 maleroommates who are quiet, 🎇neat, very respectful, and usually keep to themselves. They ❤️love gaming and are also into 🎥 movies, shows, cartoons, anime, etc.
