Leaving this very good apartment to move in with my 💕 👩 girlfriend. If it wasnt for that I would definitely be staying. It’s on the 3rd floor so no one above you 🚶 walking around. Right in front of the main entrance, gym, 🏊 pool, leasing office,security station, volleyball courts, and tennis court. Also the 🚌 shuttle to school comes by every minutes and is a 5 minute commute (Route 1). Drops you right off at Student Union. 2 roomates (Senior and Junior) go to 💛 UCF and one (Freshman) goes to Valencia. Very chill and peaceful environment. Often quite yet each roomate is comfortably acquainted so it wont be like you’ll never see them. Casual 🍺drinking is fine, smoking on balcony is norm. Usually don’t have parties or anything to keep the calm so that’s a plus. Need it gone by January. December paid for already! If you want to move in before January I may be able to make it happen.Please lmk
