May 2018: Tour the property and was assisted by a young lady name Carrie and she was such a great person. Never had someone to care about a client as much as she did. She was so nice and willing to stop what she wad doing to just give me a tour. Very nice property and staffing. Coincidently she has the same last name as me. Review from Google

Apr 2018: Very seldom are you able to make a decision without researching other options. When I read reviews for the Viridian prior to moving here in October 2017, I was SOLD and I must say I couldn’t be happier with my decision.
When I moved to the Viridian in October, I was in a 1st floor unit on the non-leasing side. My only complaint was that I heard EVERY movement from the unit above. After bringing this to the attention of Mrs. Donna and Nic, they were MORE than willing to fix this issue. I was able to move to another unit which completely fixed the noise complaint. They made sure this process was hassle-free! I don’t know too many other apartment communities that would “go the extra mile†to make sure their residents are 100% satisfied. Feb 2018: Nice complex and friendly staff apart from one person I dealt with. But Carrie is absolutely wonderful and always very helpful. The apartments are very nice, the complex is fantastic, and apart from some mail issues (so kindly resolved by Carrie and some of the Viridian staff), everything about this place has been great. Jan 2018: BEWARE OF VIRIDIAN!
I'm only giving this complex 2 stars because 1 star reviews tend to be discredited.
My fiance and I renewed our lease for a 60 day term after purchasing a home. The complex is charging us close to $4,000 IN FRAUDULENT FEES after claiming they weren't properly notified we were moving out. They never offered us renewal terms, so we had no way to renew our lease even if we wanted to. We spent 3 years here, and this is how they repay their loyal residents. Do NOT live here! Even though I was there to handle business, there were laughs and conversation that made me feel like I was talking to lifelong friends. The person who helped me is named Carrie. Oct 2017: I've got nothing but positive things to say about Viridian. I've loved living here the last six months. Spent a lot of time at the pool this summer, maintenance has been prompt and thorough the two times I've had to contact them, and the folks in the leasing office are super nice. Pros:
- Office staff is friendly (Reggie & Jose are the best)
- Renovations have made the community look more appealing
- The package system is pretty great and secure
- Renovated apartments with stainless steel appliances
- Washer & Dryer included
- New Cortland management has taken over the property
- Community events and socials
Cons:
- If you can, I would advise living on the top floor. You can hear the people above you. Depending on your neighbors, you can have a great or horrific experience.
- Maintenance is a little slow and work is not always completed up to the standard. They are not as friendly as the leasing staff. (Not everyone. There are just about 2 that are stand-offish)

Oct 2017: The Viridian is awesome. They do such a good job making sure it's residents are satisfied. Wine down Wednesday's and the best! They are always making sure the residents are having the best time . Carrie, a representative of the Viridian, is ALWAYS positive. She always has something nice to say, bringing up the positive morale of the Viridian. I am a lifelong New Yorker and I would never have imagined a better place to live. The renovations are modern, and the appearance of the community is woodsy and comfortable. The price is good for the area.
The con is that we have had several issues with our ceiling leaking from the apartment above us with little or no explanation. It does not seem that this would be a universal issue within the complex, but has been a major inconvenience in our time here.

Jun 2017: The front office staff at Viridian has always been a joy to work with. From our leasing to picking up packages to answering an abundance of questions, they are always extremely helpful and a joy to be around. Our 1st year at Viridian has not always been perfect, we have dealt with the occasional issues and communication struggles with maintenance, especially with the current stream of renovations in adjacent units, but these have also been improving steadily as renovations finish up and Viridian has been adjusting related work order processes.

Druid Hills Rd with well-kept landscaping, lots of trees and shade, and plenty of parking. They take care in keeping the premises maintained. Each side of the community has it's own pool. The one on the small side is pretty small; the other one is HUGE and very nice. Feels like you're at a resort hotel! They've just about finished building a new office/resident lounge & fitness center next to the big pool.

The good:
PROMPT attention by management to any repairs needed in my apartment; quiet neighbors; pretty grounds; peaceful; spacious apartment; good location; feel safe and courteous staff; easy parking; my apartment is on the top floor corner unit- it is light and airy. The Viridian has been a pleasant place to call home.

I wish I could give less than 1 star, if it exists. This is gated community but gate never closes. When you complain, management says its for protecting their property not for its residents. I never heard any management saying such ridiculous answers to their residents. Management's only goal is to rip you off and charge as much money as they could every month.

There is serious black mold in these apartments and when I told maintenance they simply put spray paint over it. There has been loud construction going on all day everyday. This place looks nice on the outside but it is definitely not worth the trouble.

The people in the leasing office talk nice to trap you and then charge you hell lot for utilities. The changed management would do everything they could do from their side to vocate the residents so that they can renovate and rent for lot higher price.
Even though it claimed to be a gated community, you could see the gate being open most of the time. There maintenance is a Joke. It took many number of requests and two months to change the flooring in the bathroom, that was leaking in the first place.
This apartment complex seems to be very old and has too many bugs, roaches. There pest control people comes only one a week and won't do great job. pests keeps coming back in couple of days...

The apartment walls are paper thin. I feel sorry for everyone who has someone above them because it sounds like thunderstorms constantly. Do not move into a 1st floor apartment whatever you do.
Sketchy people hanging around at night. Weird stuff going on. Management is unresponsive and sarcastic, at best.
The gate is constantly broken. The thugs around here have figured out how to easily disable it on a Friday night so they can enter and exit freely all weekend. Takes multiple business days to be repaired.
