Jan 2017: While it's bad enough that the gym here is extremely small with limited equipment therefore not more than one resident can use it at a time, it's even worse that when I finally get the opportunity to use it, the staff shows a total lack of respect to the residents. In the middle of my workout the maintenance manager stops in and asks if I will be finished in the next 30 minutes to an hour. I reply yes because there were exactly 28 minutes left on the treadmill's timer. After agreeing to 30 minutes, the maintenance staff returned in 20 minutes and began to shampoo the carpets causing me to feel suffocated by the intense fumes while trying to finish my run. When I reminded him that we had said 30 minutes, he told me it had already been 30 minutes, a lie since the timer on the treadmill said I still had 10 minutes left. Although there is a lot that I do like about this complex, I have to share my worst nightmares. 1) ROACHES EVERYWHERE. Imagine being a clean person and continuously finding roaches every time you open your cabinets or turn on your kitchen light and see them crawling all over your kitchen walls. Your Keurig? Be prepared to have it become infested with cockroaches to the point you have to throw it out and get. A new one because the mama cock roaches bred and now have a million babies crawling inside and out of it. Gross right? Try the fact that I notified the management of this and was never contacted back. I'm so tired of cockroaches in my kitchen!

Apr 2016: I have been living here for almost 2 years now. I have had the best experience so far. They adhere to all of my requests promptly. The staff are friendly and professional, maintenance are the best, I love the location. If there are bugs ( which are rare in my case ) I always just call and put my name on the list, they have exterminator out every Friday. Yes neighbors over my head can get a bit noisy with the squeaking of the floors, but that is to be expected living in apartments. Only thing i wish is that the fitness center was larger. It is really only suited for one maybe 2 people to use it at once because it is small and not much to work with. However, it has gotten better with the renovations, I still wish it were larger. Feb 2016: This is the worst apartment I ever lived in my whole life. it looks beautiful outside and very aweful inside. there is aunt nest in my kitchen!, and when i cook something sweet, all the aunts came out in the kitchen, and MOSS grow in your bathroom. when you walk, you can hear the noise coming from the floor loudly. i wont live here even if rent is 400 or 500 bucks.

Oct 2015: Do not live here!!!! I live in 2nd floor and you can hear anything from 3rd floor. the sound of water when showering, the sound of opening drawers.. and when ppl are walking on 3rd floor, its like a Thunder!!. You didnot get what you really pay for!!

Sep 2015: Run! Do not rent from this complex! I've rented for over 30 years and never regretted anything like I have here. Just read all the reviews of people that do not recommend this place and go with that. They look good on the outside and are a pig sty on the inside. Move-in ready condition - don't expect it. Condescending management staff - expect it. Getting defensive and insulting when you demand service and working appliances based on what you pay - a given. Seem nice, but don't complain about something - you see the other side. It amazes me that every complaint I have is listed here as far back as 2004.

Jun 2015: I absolutely love this apartment complex. I moved in nearly 3 years ago after deciding it was time to upgrade from my previous place of residence. I stumbled upon Morgan Place and I'm so glad I did! It's a real gem and I don't plan on leaving until I'm ready to purchase a house.
It's "off the beaten path" so it is quiet and there is very little traffic in the neighborhood, even though it sits right off the I-85, one exit from I-75, and less than 10 minutes from both downtown and 400. Even if you are rely on MARTA for transportation there is a stop directly in front of the complex.

May 2014: Throughout my teenage years, college years, and professional adult life, I have had the pleasure of living in apartments. I have lived in apartments that range from crumby to luxury. This community, Morgan Place Apartments, has been the best place I have lived thus far. Here is why:
Grounds: Despite the many trees, most of which are pines, the grounds are kept clean. In fact, they keep the pine needles under such good control that I am questioning if the pine trees are real or not.
Noise: The walls are adequate enough to block out noises from neighbors.
Safety: I feel safe in this community and have had no concerns about my girlfriend visiting me late night or jogging around by herself. Visibility is great.
Maintenance and staff: Friendly, proficient, and freakishly fast.
