Feb 2019: I have lived at Kenco Lavista for many years. First of all, it's the best location! The Manager, Vonetta Grimes, does a fantastic job and she is so friendly and always willing to help. I have had other people say this too, but for so many residents in one complex, it's so quiet! One of the residents told me she came from a complex where people were always out and about running around, and on a Saturday afternoon, around here, you wouldn't think anyone lived here. The rent is less than any of the complexes around here. I see people move to another complex, getting a "really good deal" and then the following year, I run into them, and they are paying much more than me. I love it that I can get to Kroger or Publix or the bank in just a few minutes. After maintenance comes, they send you a survey online and you can give feedback, so they care about that. Vonetta really is the best apartment manager we've ever had here.

Mar 2016: I stayed here for 2 years. Any issues that I had were resolved promptly and a courtesy call was made afterwards. I always had a pleasant experience when conversing with the current office staff. Review from GoogleOct 2015: This place stinks so bad, when you tell management that there is somebody polluting the air, she doesn't do anything except talking to the person and leaving it like that. when people keep complaining, she calls the the person whom they complain about to ask her if she stopped polluting , which is not a good way to handle this type of issues, she is supposed to asked those who complain if the other person stopped not the other way around....a very bad place to rent, they only care about money, I can't believe I'm even paying renter's insurance on this place while I can't even open the windows of the apartment because someone decided to pollute the air with management's tolerance.
