Nov 2015: great apartment, it would just be nice if the residents living there didnt bring all the "hood" in there with them. Seriously they behave like animals. the courtesy officer only sometimes responds to say why he cant do what you're asking. thx

Aug 2012: This apartment complex is pretty convenient all around. The location is prime, pretty close to the suburbs, Midtown, Buckhead and Downtown isn't too far as long as there's no traffic. There is a decent sized pool with sufficient number of chairs. Parking is not an issue. They provide covered and open spots. The parking structure is underground. The apartments are clean. The only downside is that they only provide two guest passes per apartment for use at the barbecues and pool. Not conducive to having parties.
