May 2016: DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LIVE AT THIS PLACE i did an application and got denied. which is fair they had there reasons. typically there is a portion of the application fee which is refundable and a portion that isn't. no one tells you that there is a 72 hr window in which you must request your refund. which is just NOT good business practice or customer service. let your potential tenants know what they are getting into.
By far the worst experience i have had looking for apartments in Atlanta.
Review from 5/26/16 on GoogleMay 2016: This is possibly the worst place I have ever lived. You have to call the office at least 10 times to get an answer. Once someone does answer the phone, you are transferred to voicemail. Going into the office is just as difficult, the people you need to talk to are conveniently never there.
The "renovations" they say they have done should not be considered renovations. The closet doors constantly fall off and they do not do anything about it. Maintenance requests take weeks and tons of effort to fulfill.
Whatever you do, do not move here. It has been hell the past year. I cannot wait to get out of there.

From the AC Unit flooding multiple times flooding the whole carpet bedroom and closets , to mold growing on the walls and carpet due to numerous floodings. Always due to their "temporary fixes" over the years. Never replacing the carpet they ripped up . Multiple Robberies and not being informed about them from the office. Just having to hear it from random neighbors. It's way over priced .
Review from 4/26/16 on GoogleDec 2015: We have lived here for a little over a year. The location is great and the rent isn't extremely overpriced like other places in Druid Hills. The staff is nice and the hours are flexible. The office is open even on the weekends. The lake on the property and the dog park are great features. It is so nice and peaceful here most of the time. The maintenance is terrible though. We have had our whole ceiling replaced because bathtub was leaking and now two months later it is leaking again. In addition to that there were multiple leaks through the walls and ceiling and wet drywall and ceiling wasn't event replaced, just painted over.

Oct 2015: If I could give a negative rating I would. This place is FULLY infested with roaches!!!! I am traumatized from living here. They do not have a regular pest control program (preventive), so it will be impossible to get rid of it. They only spray when you ask, and only your apartment, not the building. I'm surprised they haven't been reported to the health department. Additionally, with the new management company, they are completely understaffed, so they don't ever pick up the phone or return phone calls, and they are completely not at all understanding about the fact that they're subjecting their tenants to uninhabitable conditions. Couldn't be happier that I'M MOVING OUT!!!

Sep 2015: I have been living here for 6 months. The most impressed thing is the way they treat the tenants. Of course, I don't mean all of the staff.
I have an appointment with a staff this afternoon. I took two hours' leave for that but was still late for two mins. I got there at 6:02pm. I saw two agents were still inside so I knocked at the front door. A lady looked at me through the glass for several seconds. I thought she didn't want to open the door for me. But she did, she told me I should use the side door to check whether that agent was in or not. I went around and found the door locked. I thought I should ask her whether they could receive the doc for the agent with whom I had the appointment since I can't make a time tomorrow. So I went back to the front door and knocked at the door again.

Aug 2013: Hello I have lived here for about 2 years and I love to location,if i had car trouble i could walk right out front to catch a bus.Plenty shops close by to accommodate every need you may have.Not to mention close to bus stops, train stations and interstate thats great.I love my spacious apartment which holds my oversize furniture.I enjoy my privacy,great parking,laundry on the premises,workout room,tennis,swimming,grilling,and
nice views,great walking trail,and club house. Always having some type of positive community gathering for everyone to socialize and enjoy.Over all I just love Park at Briarcliff.Its a wonderful atmosphere.I love how Rose Bush and Shelia assist you with whatever problem you may have.One last comment its quite and the neighbors are nice.
