Nov 2019: The apartment complex uses a third party water billing service that charges us almost 300 dollars a month for a two bedroom apartment. I have never lived anywhere in Atlanta that has these insane rates. The apartment complex doesn’t care that they charge their residents insane amounts. So beware of insane utilities when considering moving here. Review from Google

Sep 2019: I've been at Ansley Forest for over a year now and love it! Management is great. They always respond in a timely manner and maintenance requests are completed quickly. can't beat the location! Sep 2019: I’ve been living at Ansley for over a year now and absolutely love it. I was lucky to find an opening when I did. It’s in the heart of Ansley Park and right by Piedmont, which makes it very convenient if you’re a dog owner. Everyone that lives in the complex is warm and friendly (I’m lucky to know a lot of my neighbors). It also feels very safe and like you’re concerns or comments are heard by management.
As a dog owner, it’s comforting to also know that you’re in a clean, well-groomed, and welcoming environment. There’s an on-site dog park that allows you to have your dog off-leash and meet some new fur-friends in the complex. Not only is it a great place for dogs, but it’s a great place for someone that enjoys running, walking, biking, birding, and eating (great food selections nearby and across the street)!

Sep 2019: Just moved in this summer and I’m obsessed! GreAt location, love my apartment, neighbors, and pool! The employees here are all super friendly and helpful with anything you may need. The apartment homes are spacious and affordable for the area. They were all recently updated with hardwood floors through out (no carpets ðŸ‘ðŸ»), stainless steel appliances, modern bathroom vanities, and plenty of closet space. I can’t say enough good things living here! Review from Google

Jan 2019: I've been visiting friends here for decades, and it is definitely improved from the past. Major Renovations in this place is really he proved the Cosmetic appearance, and the residence. I can't State about the rental rates and prices or the management company, but I will say the aesthetic appearances of the renovated Apartments is definitely a significant Improvement than in years past. I co-signed, so was on the lease. Apartments very nice; particularly the non-carpeted floors, we thought. Two big issues with that - first one brought to the fore during search for another apartment for different purpose this week. There were multiple noise complaints from the Ansley downstairs neighbor; even when no one was home in my daughter's apartment she would complain about noise. In all apartments I viewed this week, the leasing agent pointed out that only the ground level apartments had hardwoods; floors 2 and up were carpeted so that noise wouldn't be a problem for downstairs neighbors. Why didn't Ansley think of that? And why did they abuse my child rather than address the issue with the neighbor. Even walking barefoot elicited complaints. Review from 4/16/17 on GoogleMay 2016: Pros: excellent location in midtown within walking distance to Piedmont park and lots of restaurants/bars/shopping, great school district, nice gym & pool/grilling area, friendly staff. Low energy bills. Front doors are right to the outside so no dark hallways to navigate and nice if you have pets to contend with. Also, very quick maintenance request follow-ups.
Cons: no dog park, parking is not gated and every night the lot is overfilled with non-residents parking to go out to the bars and restaurants in the area. People park all over the lot in places that aren't even spaces often times making driving through a tight situation. There have also been several vehicle break-ins, a resident being robbed by 4 men at gun-point, and tires being stolen right off cars.

The staff is really friendly, always willing to help and on top of work order requests. I called because my AC unit went out, and I had a portable one installed within 30 minutes along with a brand new AC unit the next day.
