There is one 👩 female opening in our apartment that still needs to be filled! Yes there is only one bathroom but everyone is considerate and there are tons of mirrors throughout the house. Usually it is January to August (rent goes down $ in summer), but the landlords are willing to sell it as a WINTER SEMESTER ONLY contract. Utilities are usually around $/month. Laundry on site as well as a dishwasher and two ⛄ refrigerators.
