Jun 2019: This place could do better for one thing the pools don’t stay open late not only that the pools aren’t open on Sunday which I think they should be especially when we pay rent here I should be able to use the pool on my own free time. The second thing the parking lots could be fixed wit all the pot holes. Three they could put some better lighting in this places so you don’t get scared when your walking your dog or feel like your going to get robbed. Review from Google

Feb 2019: Put down a $100 deposit that I never got back because they said “we don’t have any record of you payingâ€. Unfortunately I didn’t keep the money order receipt and their management is so screwed up because it keeps changing that no record of payment was ever recorded.
We also had a bad leak in our apartment for over 2 months that never got fixed. This was one of several issues that were never resolved. Many service orders were submitted but nothing was ever completed.
We only picked this place because they offered short term leases. It’s over priced and the “remodeling†was embarrassingly awful in the kitchen as they tried to make plastic counters look like granite.
Do not live here.Feb 2019: I've lived here for 3 months. & I've had nothing but issues with my apartment since I've moved in. BUT the ladies in the office are amazing, and the maintenance man usually comes as fast as he can.

May 2018: We've lived for around 6 months no problems with bugs or staff. Although our apartment is clean. Really sweet ladies! Oct 2017: don't DO IT!!! There's roaches (they don't spray, obviously) and the laundry room smells like something died in it. Seriously. Like something died and no one did anything about it. It was terrifying and disgusting. I have nightmares. No, but really it's a nasty place Review from GoogleJul 2017: Just an FYI to those reading this, in the state of Texas a landlord MUST fix issues that pose a threat to a tenants safety or health at his expense and do do within a reasonable amount of time. The courts consider 7 days reasonable. Rodents, roaches, leaks/mold, broken door and window locks ALL fall into this category. Report concerns and all follow up in writing after the initial requests and take videos of concerning issues. Pull the laws and statutes and get representation if you must when basic concerns are not met! NO ONE should be living in squalor! I just wish they ll have some people to clean the laundry room at lease once every few days, and clean the drying machine a little every other time, it seems every time i m there, it is always dirty.

Bugs, roaches, mosquitoes are everywhere from the first day of move in ( 8 months ago ) and now this place is infested by fleas and mouse!!! AC/HEATER is awful, it's very noisy-old and wasting lots of money for electricity bills. The maintenance trying to fix the problems ( after calling to the office for SEVERAL time to come and fix something ) but they can not fix anything because every thing is too old and must change to the new one but the manager ever never wants to spent any money for this work.
