Sep 2016: Do not live here. Roaches are everywhere you can't store food or cook food in your apartment. Pest control comes on Tuesdays but the roaches seem to love it. They are even in the refrigerator. Our ceiling is caving in. And today we found a dead rat sitting beside a bowl of rat poison in the air conditioning vent. They came and looked at it--said they would be back--never returned, we still have the dead rat. This place is HORRIBLE!
Jun 2016: the worst apartments ever!! bugs are every where. now this place is infested by flea's. we had mold under restroom sink and when we called, they came over and put a towel over it!! WTF!!!! i call and call but manager is never in and no one knows when she will be in again. this place should be shut down! worst management, worst customer service, worst apartment all together!!!!!

Management is rude and they refuse to cooperate with you and it is like pulling teeth to get them to fix things that need to be fixed. They have no manners, the maintenance people just walked right through our door. One time the door was locked, they knocked twice then proceeded to walk through the locked door. I had a newborn at the time and was in my robe, I was appalled at what was happening. DO NOT RENT HERE!

May 2016: I will list the cons first.
I have lived here for 9 months and have had numerous issues with the complex. First, the apartment was not move in ready as promised. When we did the initial apartment inspection we notified the manager that the entire apartment needed new windows. 9 months later...still no windows. Second, the apartments have shifted so much since we have moved in. Crummy construction.
Third, if you look at the exterior of the apartments you will see that the majority of second story balconies are pulling away from the building. Fourth, grounds keeping. There is dog crap EVERYWHERE. It wouldn't be such a big issue if there were more doggy bag dispensers, but there are only like 4 or so around the entire building.

Nov 2015: This complex is probably the WORST. I moved in August 15th a week after I was supposed to so that it would be "MOVE IN READY". Now November 5th I am STILL unable to shower in my own bathroom. If I could post pictures of my tub I would, It is down right awful I wouldn't even want a homeless person showering in something so gross. So after sending in a few maintenance request, talking to a few of the people in the front office, and talking to the maintenance people themselves and still being charged full rent I decided to go talk to the manager Mary. SHE WAS NO HELP AT ALL.

Nov 2015: One of the worst apartment complexes in College Station.
Pros:
-They have a lot of new amenities
- The units are "renovated"
- Close to a bus stop
- reasonable rent
- has a pool and small gym area
- Half year leasing available
Cons:
- The utilities are very hit and miss. Some units have brand new A/C units that work extremely well and efficiently, and other units, like my own, have very old units that are terrible and break often
- The maintenance staff are nice, but inept.

Nov 2015: For me 0 srar,this place is full of roches my apartment gets sprayed every Tuesday & nothing kills them. I don't even cook because my kids don't like it to much roch. The manager so unfriendly ugh. Please if your looking for something look very carefully yes the room are big but not worth a penny. Dislike this place so much suck I signed the lease.
