Hi, Loading...

Sep 2019: My experience here is much better since Avanti took over ownership. I can actually reach the staff, and maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner and done with care. Review from Google
Sep 2019: I've been in this community for about a year and it's never looked better. it's Under New Management , they're friendly and helpful ,common areas are clean and well-kept, management just bought brand new furniture for the pool . Review from Google
Sep 2019: Our property has changed management. New management, Kate, in front office seems open to feedback and takes concerns to heart. It does take time to go thru what prior management did not do and she seems to have an action plan to handle the tasks in front of her. UPDATE: New Management has kept on top of Pool area. New tables and chairs and Kate said she will monitor it very careful and hold tenants accountable who cannot follow the rules. Once again pool is closed. Review from Google
Sep 2019: I am on my 3rd Lease, New Management has kept the pools serviced and available, I use the Laundry Facility always cleaned every Wednesday, many of these units have been remodeled and upgraded, I have had a couple of recent After Hour Emergency Maintenance Requests, both received immediate response, call back before I finished with the After Hour Representative on the phone. Caesar is great! Maintenance is improving! he even made sure he cleaned my bathroom up after a plumbing problem. I see Signal 88 Security on the property in the evenings most of the week. A fairly quiet community. Review from Google
Aug 2019: Awesome new management. Kati is a sweetie. They help my husband and I alot. The new manger is awesome. She is also sweet!! Thank you for everything you guys did for us!! So happy that we were able to see smiley faces all the time😁. Thank you guys again for everything!!!! Review from Google
Jul 2019: "One Can Continuously Change A Name, But Not The Shame🤐." Where Ever They Fish For This Type Of Management? They Should Close That Lake Down; It Is Contaminated. Needless, The Surrounding Areas Are Improving. However, Make Whatever Work; Cuz It's Caved Near ASU, 101, 202 And Much More. This Building Has Been Here Since I Resided Back In 93' And The Decor wasn't Visually Appealing Then. But, It's Cleaner Now. Review from Google
Jul 2019: Pool is always closed due to maintenance staff lack of knowledge on how to treat a pool (chemicals, etc) Acting manager never returns phone calls. Once again pool is closed. Our maintenance person does not know what he is doing to maintain it. He walks around like a know it all... which is far from the truth. Next step I will report to the town of Tempe as this is considered a health inspection violation. Review from Google

Apr 2019: can't even manage to unlock the pool. Damn near every Sunday (when office is closed of course) its locked when its supposed to be open. Despite the number of complaints all last summer, here we are again and its happening again. On top of all the other complaints have on this place, can't even regularly enjoy the one damn perk. Plus the cost is waaay above the quality of the units. As soon as I'm able we're moving. I wouldn't move here if I were you. Find somewhere else where quality gets a lot closer to the cost. Review from Google
Mar 2019: Highly recommend if you're looking for a cheap apartment. The renovated units are really nice for the price point! Carpet is only in the bedrooms!! Parking is really tight in the red building, which did get on my nerves. If you're in the studios though there is plenty of parking! I stayed in a studio while my bf was at basic training and didn't have any issues! Crime comes with being close to the University & light rail, but overall it is a good area if you enjoy being close to Tempe Town Lake, are an ASU student, or just like shopping & restaurants! Several great bars nearby! They recently hired security to patrol the area at night which is a huge PLUS for me. The staff was always kind and flexible when it came to the move-in/move-out process. Sandra is a sweetheart and the manager, Michael, is awesome! The only apartment that hasn't tried to screw me over and is genuinely honest in their deals!! Thank you! Review from Google
Mar 2019: Its a good place to live close to a lot of places like light rail and restaurants
Mar 2019: I wanted to find an apartment that felt like home and i definitely have here at omnia . I have lived here for almost 2 years and i love it ! The location is very convenient and the staff is friendly and helpful . I would definitely recommend this complex to my friends and family.
Feb 2019: Very impressed with this staff! They actually care about you; they completely went out of their way to help us qualify and move-in in a short amount of time. Michael (manager) and Sandra (assistant manager) are awesome and both are so nice. We needed a few little things in the apartment fixed when we moved in, maintenance came the next day and fixed everything including something I forgot to list on the initial work order. They were nice and professional as well. Apartment complex is kept up. haven't seen any bugs, this is huge (I hate roaches). I would definitely recommend living here. 👍
Jan 2019: This is the WORST apartment complex I have ever lived in. We were promised an NEW fully remodeled unit with all new appliances. But when we moved in it was trashed and all the appliances were used. We made sure to take pictures of everything so they couldn’t try to blame us for all the stuff that was obviously never fixed (which they took our deposit and are still charging us $400 for everything we took pictures of). Plus the people that shared the court yard were obviously all on meth or heroin. They were very rude and dirty people! Not to mention they have a ridiculous amount of cockroaches in the units. We only lived there for 5 months and had to move because it was so terrible. No one ever answers the phone in the office, everyone that works there is rude and obviously don’t care about their tenants. I’m just glad we left when we did Review from Google
Dec 2018: If you're looking for property management that keeps their facilities dirty, has bad maintenance service, doesn't return your calls when needed, and closes the leasing office early frequently (making it difficult to pick up packages when needed) than this is the place for you. I have lived here for over 5 years, a couple years ago when these new property managers took over this place went down hill. I would take off a star if Google allowed you to rate zero stars. Review from Google
Oct 2018: I lived here for a little over 6 months, ended up leaving because it was so bad. My AC broke several times and took a week or two to fix. Never met with the “ office manager “ only Sandra who had a horrible attitude with everyone. If you wanna over pay for a mediocre apartment and get treated like dirt feel free to move here! Review from Google
Sep 2018: I would give 0 star if I could the rent goes up every month rooms are small. It seemed chill and cool when I first moved in it seemed to be perfect! But the lingering smell in the apartment was the first discrepancy I had w management only to find out they don’t take well to complaints or work orders. But I bought fresheners so no biggie until 1 month in I wanted to poke my eyes out literally. HOMLESS PEOPLE AND JUNKIE CITY there was a group of homeless people sleep in the wash room mind you there’s supposed to be a code for that but I guess they cracked the code IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN OR IF YOU ARE A FEMALE AND LIVE ALONE DONT MOVE HERE a man literally followed me home and walked up to my door. THE LIGHTS ALWAYS go off IN STORMY WEATHER BLACK MOLD IN MY BATHROOM I PUT IN COUNTLESS WORK ORDERS NO ONE CAME. I had someone try to break into Review from Google
Sep 2018: Staff and management is completely rude. Don’t even bother stopping by to ask to look at an apartment. Crime ridden area, frequent homeless people around the property. And did I mention the staff? Review from Google
Apr 2018: Staff is very friendly, and the maintenance guys are very responsive got problem with the AC, they were here the next day and fixed it, and they even came to follow up few days later, for the price its a great place. the location is perfect for anyone attending ASU, the campus is few minutes by bike, the light rail is a walking distance, the four peaks brewery is a walking distance ( a great place to hangout), and food city is just around the corner, and the whole complex is just behind a seven eleven which is very convenient. we have been living here for almost a year and will most probably stay for another one. Review from Google
Dec 2017: When I first moved in a year ago it was the best bang for your buck but now the price has gone up. They charge for everything from covered parking to water and trash. Their website blatantly lies calling their workout center state-of-the-art when in reality there's one elliptical one treadmill one bike for a complex that consists of six buildings each having about 30 to 40 apartments. Oh and no public wifi. It's now become a ridiculous waste of money. Side note, the staff is nice. I love the girls at the front desk. They are super sweet if I can't get a hold of Maintenance they're the ones to go to. Honestly they're the only reason I renewed my lease but now looking at all the hidden prices... time to move on. Review from Google
Dec 2017: Updated* This place has it's problems, but I have faith these days the staff is trying. I guess that makes up for the down sides a bit. Up two stars. Review from Google
Nov 2017: I have lived here for a little over a year now and i tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt. I truly do not feel you get what you pay for here. The rooms are very small and the walls are paper thin. I have now lived in the blue building and the red and it is ridiculous how you can hear every little thing from your neighbors. My neighbors as a matter of fact feel the need to call the cops on me for watching TV at 11:30 at night saying i'm being loud. So the community i believe to not be very friendly. I've also called the cops for domestic violence against a mother threatening to beat her daughter in the middle of the court yard. In addition the area is not safe at all. A man was stabbed to death on the corner where the 7/11 is, only a few hundred feet from my front door. There is a numerous amount of homeless going through our dumpsters.
Oct 2017: This is how I had to live in my apartment for about a month. Repairs got dragged out and now there are gnats everywhere from holes in the walls being exposed for such a long time. After expressing my dissatisfaction, a $300 concession was given, which is an absolute joke. Do not live here, you can find a much better apartment complex that will actually care about your problems Review from Google
May 2017: I've lived here since it was Cabana on McClintock, it will be 3 years next February. When the new management took over things got much better! The office staff are very nice and helpful with any problems that may arise. The neighbors in the complex are friendly. The grounds and pools are kept clean and tidy. I'm always recommending these apartments to friends and family when they tell me they are looking for an apartment. I recommend it to all of you too. Review from 5/20/17 on Google
