May 2017: I tend to keep to myself, and have had no issue with peer or property manager. Terry, the maintenance guy is quick to respond to issues, no easy feat when it I'd 110 deg plus outside. Not had a single bug (no scorpions or other creepy AZ invertebrates). The only complain I have is the dangerous intersection here on McClintock, obviously nothing to due with the complex itself. The guy is adequan the pools are great. The location is awesome. If you like hot ladies (I mean who doesn't), no shortage here! All in all, I like this place.

May 2017: I have lived at Omnia for just about a year now and I am looking forward to renewing my lease when the time comes , I live in a two bedroom apartment and they are very spacious , they community is nice. They have to nice clean pools that are a great thing to have for the summer months here in az. The location is what really sold me on the community as its conveniently located. In the year that I have been here I have never had an issue with pest or bugs.

May 2017: As a tenant going towards 5 years I can truly say the experience of living in this environment was a good choice . I highly refer this property to anyone looking for housing in the near future. Management follows through on maintenance issues and receptionist handles handles work orders in a professional manner.

May 2015: For the sake of time I'm not going to write a long review. But please consider my words if you're reading this.

In the last year and a half of living here there has been multiple break ins around me. Bug infestations. Major mold and water damage in ever crack and crevice due to years of leaks that where never properly fixed. A/C breaks constantly and is so old and improperly maintained it is a HUGE electricity leech. The staff are the worst part of this place. Unfriendly, extremely rude and disrespectful.

Feb 2014: The Cabanas is actually a very nice place to live and the office staff is very hands on. I have lived in my apartment for 8 months now and during my time here I haven't had any problems that any normal apartment complex would have. Yes, there have been some minor issues, but the second I brought any of them up with the office staff, they were resolved as soon as possible.
The complex itself is very hip and modern with the renovations that were made. The interior designs, the landscaping, and the amazing art work all give the complex a sense of youth and urban vibes. Being that this is in Tempe, let alone college town, there are a lot of convenient stores, bars, activities, and restaurants all around. Plus the front office has a map of the area so new comers can check out what is around them.
