Willing to work with you if needed for fewer months and I&#;ll cover the sublease fee. My room and private bathroom are on the top floor, along with a private entry/exit door. The townhouse is a spacious, all 👨 male, 4 bedroom/ 4 bathroom, 2-story townhouse (not many of this model available) with a spiral staircase and balcony at UHouse, includes all complex utilities, and right next to 💛 UCF.
