Jul 2018: Beautiful Townhouses! Very spacious, gorgeous ivory carpeting, they have an eat in kitchenette and a dinning area. They are only a few years old so still very new. Jun 2016: I've been living here for about 7 months now and I can say I am still very happy with my decision. The only downfall to the complex is the leasing office people. I have never been talked to like the man in the office talks to me (like I am a teenager home after curfew) literally all the time. I paid for a replacement mail key and didn't actually get the replacement for 3 months, and the leasing guy made me go out to the box by myself 5 times to test new keys none of which worked. I will say that other than the leasing people yelling at us all the time, the neighbors are great, the community is homie and beautiful.

Yeah for an arm only units available was the 2nd FL and guess what.... it had no balcony. $894+ water&sewage $44. 790sqft. Who makes that kind of money in FL ? Review from GoogleSep 2013: I just resigned my lease at Tuscany Villas, after looking around for other aparments I remembered why I moved here in the first place... the other local communities don't compare to this, they are old and run down looking. Tuscany is like new with a beautiful setting, I would recommend this to anyone looking! also, I did read some of the other reviews and was shocked to read the negative feedback on the management and maintenance, I have always had great response from both!!

Sep 2013: I've lived here for 2 years. In the beginning it was my best decision ever! But ever since last year around the fall time things took a turn for the worse. First of all, they raised my rent $75 more than what it was ($650). Then they added in a water fee (ok). Recently over the summer I've had such bad experiences with the leasing office and their workers. They messed up my lease twice and I still get contacted from them still every time my rent is due. They have yet updated their system for my new rent amount.
