Currently there are just over 3 months left on my lease agreement, and there are still available spots to renew for the upcoming fall term. The house is fully furnished, utilities are included in rent. Garbage disposal, high speed internet and cable, 🌊 water and more are all included. The property is located just under minutes from 💛 UCF main campus. It is right off of East Colonial and there are plenty of places to eat and shop including the Waterford Lakes Town Center all within 🚶 walking distance. Roommates are super chill and typically keep to themselves. There are no pets in this 3x3.
