I am looking for someone to take over my two leases at The Pointe at Central from June 1st, to July st, . Rent is $. per month for June and July for the first lease (great for the Summer term), and $. per month for the second lease until July st, . You may move in as early as July 1st! The usual move-in is late August.
The lease is for a 1 bedroom in a 4 bed, 2 bath apartment on the first floor of the building. You&#;ll be sharing the bathroom (my current roommate is a really nice 👨 👨 guy). and the common space with 2 other roommates (also great 👨 guys).
Must be a student
The apartment comes with an in-unit washer/dryer and the inside is pretty spacious. It makes for a perfect college apartment. The kitchen appliances were replaced relatively recently.
All utilities are included
The apartment is also fully furnished, the bedroom comes with a full-size bed with plenty of storage space, and there&#;s also a shed on the porch.
There&#;s a 🚍 shuttle to campus and a whole variety of amenities-tennis courts, 🏊 pools, a gym, a computer/printing lab, and more.
