I’m looking to have someone take over my lease for my room at the Pointe at Central from January – August , ASAP. This is a fully furnished (full sized bed, four drawer dresser, nightstand, desk) 4 bed/2 bath apartment with 🎇clean and quietroommates, on the first floor. It’s 💛 UCF affiliated (meaning you must be registered for classes) with a 🚌 shuttle running to and from campus and /7 security (with a guard at the front).
I WILL COVER YOUR $ ADMIN FEE AND INCLUDE LAMPS, BLACK OUT CURTAINS, AND A COMPUTER CHAIR!

The rent is $ a month with a renter’s insurance policy required, but they offer a master insurance policy for an extra $ a month. The utilitycap is $, though we have never come close to it. This is a very nice complex with a basketball court, two 🏊 pools, a volleyball court, and plenty of amenities (WIFI, basic cable, a gym, clubhouse, computer lab with free printing, free DVD rentals, Waffle Wednesdays).
