I am transferring from 💛 UCF and am looking for someone to take over my lease at Pointe. It has a fully furnished kitchen, spacious living rooms, and bedrooms, and has all the amenities you could want. The other resident is a 👨 male; however, both residents are attempting to get out of their lease so if you know of any one you want to room with you that would also be greatly appreciated. I CAN FLUXUATE ON PRICING IF NEEDED. Please let me know if you are interested ASAP. Great place to live and it is a 💛 UCF-Affiliated housing. Utilities are included in rent.
