May 2017: I have been living at Plaza for about a year now and I absolutely love it! The property is well kept, the apartments are spacious, and the amenities are nice and convenient for residents. My only complaint is that I have had several maintenance issues in my apartment. But it is easy to report a work order that maintenance sees and responds to in about 24 hours. Overall, I definitely recommend!

May 2017: I lived in Plaza since August and it has far exceeded my expectations. It is true what they say, you get what you pay for. I have very minimal problems at Plaza and when I did, maintenance was there within 24 hours. The gym is by the best compared to other apartment-gyms and that has to be my favorite part. It's very close to UCF and have tons of eating options connected downstairs. It is a safe and great place to live.

Apr 2017: I've lived at Plaza on University for 2 years and I've had a decent experience overall. The apartment itself is nice and I like the close proximity to shops and restaurants. However, rent is SUPER expensive (and goes up every year), the walls are very thin, and maintenance tends to take a while to respond to problems.

Apr 2017: I have lived at Plaza since it opened. The location is great, and the retail stores below add additional convienance that you cannot get at any other apartment complex near UCF. Between the shuttle & walking I can be on campus in minutes. The clubhouse and pool areas are filled with cool amenities like the ping pong table, arcade games, TV rooms, and more.
In my personal apartment noise is never an issue from surrounding apartments.

Feb 2017: I will be honest, amenities at Plaza are amazing, easy access to UCF and many restaurants. Most of their employee, especially Kassidy, are very nice and helpful. But I had to move out because of my mentally unstable, dirty, and rude roommate, Valine Salomon, who is also an employee at Plaza! She had a dog with her when Plaza has a no-pet policy. One day, my steak knife went missing and I asked all my roommates if they have seen it. Valine texted me "Your knife isn't lost. It was probably misplaced". Within the first few weeks of us living there, she was hauled out by ambulance!

Jan 2017: I loved Plaza! Great amenities and location as it is located right across UCF and walking distance from restaurants. Amenities include 24/7 gym access, study room, game room, 2 pools, and more! Most staffs are very friendly and helpful
Nov 2016: If I could give it less than one star, I would. The gate in the garage never works, the buttons in the elevator are always messed up, it takes weeks to get your work order filled, there are silverfish and cockroaches all over this place including inside the rooms, the garbage always stinks up the entire floor, and I had many problems when I first moved in. The price raises are constant and ridiculous and when I asked management about it, they said they raise the prices because "they can." For the price, you could go anywhere else and have a much better experience.

Apr 2016: Plaza at University is such a beautiful apartment complex. I honestly love to visit my cousin there because of the very modern design. I can't wait to visit her again and go inside the resort-style pool they have. Everything is luxuries and it feels like living in a 5-star hotel.

Apr 2016: Living here at Plaza being the first time away from home has been an great community to start my first steps into being fully on my own. The amenities are awesome, all new equipment and my apartment itself is amazing, I love coming home and it truly feeling like home and not just in a place for school. The staff are very helpful and helped make my transition a lot easier from living with my parents to being out on my own. I would definitely recommend the property to everyone!

Oct 2015: The Staff at Plaza is horrible, do not know anything about the lease they are selling you, and they are very unethical willing to lie to your face about how great the place is. It blows my mind that they can lie to so many peoples faces about all these great things.
Pool closes at dusk, I found glass at the bottom and cut my foot.
I have not had internet sine I have moved in, despite 4 work orders for the ROUTER THAT IS SUPPOSED TO COME WITH THE APARTMENT.
I moved into an apartment INFESTED with cockroaches and other bugs, They were everywhere in the first week. Pest Control Sucks as they have visited 4 times and i still have insect infestation.

Aug 2015: Beware of this place. The virtual tour is great, but living here and dealing with management is a nightmare. When we moved in the place was not completed. It still isn't. Paper thin walls meant I had to study elsewhere, as I could hear everything my room mates were saying or doing. Decorating finishes are cheap, with paint peeling off corners, locks that would not work, dish washer not working. The AC went out often for no reason, and security alarms often went off in the middle of the night. We had cockroaches from day one, and although we reported it, nothing was ever done. In fact, management refused to acknowledge it. My car was damaged in the ridiculously tight garage (that we paid a fortune for). These apartments are put together cheaply and are expensively priced. don't let the nice pool and gym fool you, this is NOT a nice experience.Jun 2015: Piece of crap apartment half of our stuff broke like the lights and electrical outlets. Walls are paper thin. They also tow residents cars.

Apr 2015: I have been living at the Plaza on University since August of last year and have absolutely loves every second! Whenever I have visitors compliment my granite countertops and my beautiful leather style couches. Our amenities even look like I live at hotel similar to a Ritz or Marriott! My parents wishes housing like this was available to them when they were in college and all my friends wish they could live at my complex! Not only that but anytime I've had an issue, management and the Community assistants always try their best to help me out and are very knowledgeable and polite.

Review from 4/18/2015Aug 2014: This place is virtually brand new around 2013 2014. It is pretty much right at the entrance of UCF. Rent and enjoy it while you still can and it is still new before irresponsible people mess it up like they do to lots of other nearby places.
Jan 2014: As soon as I stepped into the leasing office I knew it was meant to be. With it's spacious floor plans, super-close proximity to UCF's campus, affordable rates, and retail spaces ON PROPERTY, what more can a college student ask for?! You'd be crazy not to sign here!
