Nov 2018: Lived here for a year and during this time the maintenance was very slow to correct the issues within our apartment. The a/c was broken for over a month in accumulated time between all the repairs as they kept using stop-gap solutions to try and fix the issue. After we moved out, it took longer to get our deposit back than expected and we surprisingly discovered we actually owed money to a debt collector because Mirabella decided to replace the carpets that were clean, had no stains, nothing wrong with them etc. Overall a very frustrating situation. Sep 2018: I will preface this by saying that I hate reading reviews for the most part because there is so much more bad than good for most businesses. I would like to provide my honest feedback from both perspectives. My room mate and I have lived here for almost a year. We moved here from The Woodlands, the starter apartment we used to save up to afford a nicer place. We felt terrified walking to our cars, and felt putting our money towards something nicer would increase our quality of living. When we toured Mirabella, it was beautiful, and I felt like I had arrived at the height of luxury. Amazing prices and amazing amenities. I have been very happy living here, and I feel safe. The location is perfect to our needs, the apartment lay out is amazing. The front office is beautiful and this property has a LOT of amazing things going for it. I am how Review from Google
Jul 2018: The first time I came into Mirabella looking to tour the community, I was greeted so sweetly by the assistant manager Jossie. She really made me feel like this is where I needed to be. She answered all my questions and was always available if I had any more. Now, this is my first week living at Mirabella, and I couldn't be happier with the apartment. Jossie and her team made sure everything was perfect for our move in. Review from Google
Jul 2018: I came in to get information for a 1x1 unfortunately they didn’t have available for the dates I was looking for . The lady that greeted me was the assistant manager Jossie. She was amazing and knew her stuff ! Every question I asked her she answered. She was very warm with a great smile and knew how to make me feel welcomed ! I just wished they had availability because these apartments are beautiful in a very convenient location! Review from Google
Jul 2018: Sasha was the one and only great person in this place helping me with all my issues questions etc. I cannot say the same for the Assistant Manager Josey she should get another job definitely i have never seen anyone not trying or willing to help the resident she even let people waiting on the phone just because she doesn’t want to deal with any issues this women it is so rude she treats people like the money is coming out of her pocket but anyways thanks to Sasha I was able to be cool and be happy during the whole process. Jul 2018: New management turned around quite a lot. There is still a long wait to get contacted back for issues. I suggest calling and leaving a message (or calling multiple times until someone actually picks up) in addition to using the online system. The maintenance staff are great, but busy. Most problems get a first look to be fixed within a couple days, but actual fixes may take longer. Overall, this is one of the better apartments I've lived in in Orlando. Review from Google
Jun 2018: I moved a month ago to the apartment I loved it but wasn’t what I expected for the rent so expensive that I pay there sincerely is not worth it. In less than 1 month I had to call maintenance 4 times. When I got the apartment it was not what I expected for the expensive rent. If I put all the stuff here I do not finish all the defects in the apartment. I hope the company see this and I hope do something about it. It is not fair that i pay so much when in reality it is not worth it. Review from Google
Jun 2018: I lived here for a year with a completely average experience at first. The first few months my dishwasher broke and my A/C broke 3 times when they finally decided to replace the unit. Not counting this against them, things happen. But when it was time to move out, in the process of me moving my out, I come back to the apartment to find my remaining belongings moved to one area of my apartment, my laundry room doors off of the hinges, and the carpet torn up as if replacing it. The carpet wasn't in need of replacement as it was in the guest room that wasn't used when compared to other parts of the apartment. When I arrived, the door was locked, so it had to have been me or the apartment (without notice) and it wasn't me. I go to the office and what do they say? May 2018: Rude staff. Went today to look at floor plans and as soon as I entered she looked me bad. She didn’t give full explanation about the floor plan I was interested and seemed like she just wanted me to leave. Bad impression for being the first time going. Disappointing. Review from Google

Apr 2018: My experience in this location was far from medicore. I was excited that I found a unit that was right in our budget and had a lot of "appeal". I spent 1 month working with a staff member who was amazing every step of the way (I will not disclose her name due to privacy reasons). Upon move in date I walk into the unit to see filth, broken cabinets, marker stains on the outlets, dryer door beat up, horrible paint job, mildew stains in the shower and toilet, refrigerator door broken etc. I have provided pictures so you can see the nightmare I walked into. Of course, first reaction is without a doubt, FURY. How can I spend my first night in my "new home"? How can anyone sign off on this unit being move in ready for the tenant? Apr 2018: won't judge the entire staff, but today over the phone I called to inquire about my application status and was treated with the most disrespect over the phone and ultimately hung up on. I've paid my all my fees and jus wanted an update. Was told no one could help because my agent was off. The person on the phone was the assistant manager Josie. Couldn't get ahold of the manager clearly but I will have to go face to face to have this conversation today after work if I don't hear back from the manager who is suppose to return my call. Mar 2018: I went here today to look at a model and was shocked at how rude the office staff were. I walked in and was completely ignored by the first woman in the office and then was finally acknowledged by another woman who greeted me with “do you need something?”. After requesting info on the apartments, I had to ask to be shown a model. The woman brought me to the model and didn’t bother to show me around or say anything at all. When we go back to the club house, she sat back down at her desk and didn’t bother to show me the pool or gym. As I was leaving I said “have a good day” and neither woman responded. Left such a bad impression of the place. Won’t bother looking here again. Besides the rude staff, the prices are ridiculous for an upgraded model as opposed to a non upgraded model when the only difference is cabinets and counter top Review from Google
Feb 2018: Lived there for 4 years now. Large rent hikes each year that you can negotiate down with enough effort, it is a flip of a coin if your work orders will get completed the same day (which is awesome) or disappear and never be addressed. It is 6 months after we sustained hurricane damage and the repairs have yet to be made due to the "insurance claim process", but at least it only took 3 months to get the leaks plugged (that was under different management, though). All that being said, I've lived several places in Orlando and I don't think the place is terrible by comparison to other apartments - but be assertive if you do live here. Review from Google
Jan 2018: All I have to say about this building is “ trash”. Only if the owner knew how incompetent the management team is. The manager is unprofessional, loud, and clueless. The two girls in the front all they do is eat. She will watch you knocking at the door, and take 10 minutes to open it. The best part about the assistant manager is complaining. I took the time and went in early in the morning prior to work to discuss a serous matter. She flat out told me can I come back she hasn’t had her coffee yet ( mind you i am late for work to discuss a serious matter). They will try to screw you over every chance they get. The manager is useless as the rest of the staff. Their best words when they messes up is “ per law”. They never respond, or follow back on anything. Their work order is always late. Jan 2018: Pretty dirty apartments no matter how much you clean them. The crowns are all stained. The maintence team “fixes things” that don’t need to be fixed and makes it worse. Work orders take a long time to be completed. Noisy kids screaming outside windows and blasting music all day. If you’re lucky you won’t have to deal with them stomping above your apartment too. Dec 2017: Great location - safe area and near expressways. Very happy with the apartment when we moved in. It was clean and in great condition - new carpet, paint, etc. The one bedroom I moved from was $200 less but a nightmare to live in, so I feel like this place is worth the higher rent. Noise is very important to me, and while I can hear my neighbors yell, slam doors, blast music, and dogs barking occasionally, overall it's pretty quiet for an apartment. can't say much on the new management company, but it seems like they're trying to resolve some of the major issues like a lack of parking (which is probably due to garages that take up the majority of the parking lot). Dec 2017: First year was an ok experience, only issue was the AC that they had to fix 3-5 times before replacing. But now I have a dishwasher that smells horrible for the last week waiting to be fixed bc it is no longer working. It has also been 1 week that a resident allowed their dog to poop right in front of the steps. i called same day and still no one has come to clean it. their has been a leak on my living room widow since September which there is still an open maintenance request on. it is now December and no one has come by. Nov 2017: I had a small stove fire in my apartment and between management and maintenance they were excellent. They flushed my vents, cleaned my carpets. They gave me a new stove. Sep 2017: just moved here in April and the AC Unit broke 3 times before they decided to replace the Unit. When the AC went out the first time the maintenance guy fell asleep and didn't come to our apartment until after midnight. We have trash pick up and on 3 occasions they didn't pick up our trash. The gates have been broken and my key card to open the gates don't work.I went to the office to tell them and they told me they are programming the key cards and don't know when that will be fixed and they will update their website when it's fixed but never informed us on their site that there was an issue with the key cards to properly inform us. When I Told them about my concern about my AC breaking 3 times before they decided to replace it the guy in the office tells me that's normal that they have to come out a few times to try to fix it before they de Review from Google
Jun 2017: Horrible place, will charge you additional fees without cause. Even when you speak to the manager and provide them with proper documents and notices, they will still charge you additional fees. And if not paid they will send you to collections. Do not stay at this place unless you want them to damage your credit score. I provided management with letters and notices 90 days prior to moving out due to the problems I was experiencing and they still sent me to collections for over $2700 when my rent was $1100. Apr 2017: Becareful they won't refund you their admin fee. I was upfront about my rental history. It wasn't an eviction. I am currently working with the previous place. I fell on hard times and can actually provide proof of overall good history as a tennant with previous apartment place and that I am currently working with them. Mirabella denied me. Understandably. I would've paid double for the security. As well as show proof that I am working with my previous apt place (from the actual apt place)Mirabella denied my application and does not want to refund the "administration " Please be aware. Dec 2016: I'm a happy new tenant here. There's virtually no customer service over the phone, so you have to leave a voicemail or go see the office in person. But we did have a burst washing machine that they came and fixed up (including the wet carpet) real quick. Let's hope it stays that way! Review from 12/10/16 on Google
