This is a 👨 male-only apartment and it has a spacious bedroom and has a bathroom and big 🚶 walk-in closet attached. It comes with a bed, dresser, night stand, desk, and chair. The roommates are quiet and usually keep to themselves; however, if you were to see them then they are usually talkative if willing to. I am looking for someone to take over as I am moving away.
Community: It has a 🏊 pool, a hour gym, volleyball and a basketball court (apartment is infront of basketball court). The Trash in valet as you placed them into a trash bin front of your unit. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment. The Utilities are included in the rent as well as freewifi and cable📺 tv.
There is a 🚍 shuttle that runs to and from 💛 UCF. Lease ends in July .
