I graduated this Fall and am looking for a 👩 female to take over my lease as soon as possible. It is a private room with a 🚶 walk-in closet and a personal bathroom. ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED in the rent and the apartment is furnished.
Located less than 5 minutes from 💛 UCF and minutes from Valencia East Campus. There is a 🚍 bus that runs every minutes to the 💛 UCF campus. There are currently no pets in the unit. My other 3 roommates are quiet, respectful, and rarely home. The apartment is located on the first-floor of a two-floor complex with a balcony.
