Apr 2017: I would give this place 0 stars if I could. It BLOWS my mind that with all of these negative reviews people still sign a lease here. DO NOT DO IT! I find it funny that Uhouse now has someone that replies to google reviews in a sad attempt to convince the people that are considering living here that this leasing office will actually care and try to help. I dare anyone to actually "schedule an appointment to address concerns" and I guarantee that this leasing office will either ignore you or treat you with insane disrespect.

Nov 2016: Great amenities. I love the layout of the apartments and the amount of space we have. We had some maintenance issues that took a while to resolve. But this place is totally worth it for the price.

May 2016: Worst place to live. I don't suggest anyone to move here due to printers, security gates, etc. being broken all the time and also having the pool being closed regularly for 3 weeks at a time. Maintenance does a terrible job and doesn't fix things until days or even weeks later. Staff is extremely rude to residents, especially the maintenance staff. Such a horrible experience living here this year.

May 2016: I would strongly recommend no one living here. Thought it was nice at first, boy was i wrong. Internet is awful, they said they changed providers if anything its worse. The fire alarms are a real problem just tonight they've gone off at least 12 times. Drunk people banging on the walls always waking me up. Never any visitor parking. I live on the first floor and people from the other floors are always parking on level 1 of the parking garage. Maintenance takes forever to fix things. I cannot say one good thing about this place! Really regretting resigning my lease.

The property isn't so bad considering that it is a college property but out of 14 months I have lived here, the unorganized, unprofessional customer service continues to remind me why I should not have renewed my lease. It's so sad to see a number of people working in a leasing office who have no concern for the residents. Do not waste your money here.

Nov 2015: This place doesn't even deserve the one star. There is a roach infestation in my apartment and when my roommate complained to the staff the lady replied that the roaches in my apartment style layout are so bad she wouldn't even walk inside. How can they expect me to LIVE in a place where they won't even walk. This place is too expensive for the service they give. I am not renewing my lease and I write this to warn every one to not move into this apartment complex! They also charge $20 for parking and the hallways are disgusting!

As a resident I can say that it's a very good place to live if you're going to school in the area. I live in a 4/4 and even though I have the smaller bedroom I've managed to fit everything I wanted in here. All my clothing is here in the walk in closet, I also put the desk that was provided in there so I could fit a nicer one in my room. I have all of my game systems, a 40 inch TV, a mini fridge, and the beds are a decent size! Oh and the security system here is great. Also think of what you're paying for with rent, you have unlimited utilities, free HBO, Internet, cable in every room, a patio, workout room, a pool, basketball and volleyball court.

What other transportation options will I have? University House is located one mile from the UCF campus, and is served by a free, dedicated UCF shuttle bus that runs to and from Millican Hall every 15 minutes from 6:30am to 10pm on weekdays when school is in session. Nov 2015: I had mixed feelings when moving in here after reading the reviews, but I've lived here for a couple weeks now and it's been awesome. Anytime I go down to the leasing office they are attentive and willing to help. I think it depends on the location of the unit and if you have roommates or not. The shuttle is so convenient.The only negatives for me have been, something inevitable at any student housing and that's the driving, in the garage most people drive fast and take the turns way too wide but if you take it slow you can avoid anything happening.

Management screwed up my transfer because someone didn't write down what apartment I wanted to transfer into. don't really have much of a problem with this place; it seems safer than others.

Jul 2015: If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. DO NOT live here. Terrible staff that don't care if you are having any issues. I have had loud neighbors and contacted the office several times and they refused to do anything about it. I step over dog poop and pee every day. The fire alarm is super loud and gets pulled in the middle of the night all the time and continues to go off for 30 minutes because the fire department doesn't take this complex seriously. I was also charged a pet fee when I don't have any pets and they won't take it off my account. They don't care about you and just want your money. All of the gates to the doors are broken and have been for 2 years now.

Jun 2015: DO NOT LIVE HERE! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have never written a review for any place, but it's gotten to the point where I need to for this place. Horrible place to live, all they want is your money and could care less about keeping residents satisfied. They are taking advantage of young college students, and drain your bank account. Not to mention, everything your paying for isn't even WORTH what you're paying. Cheap, small living spaces. Staff and management won't help you out in any type of way. If you ask the staff a question, they don't have an answer for you and have no clue what's going on. Main management won't get back to you if you have a problem unless you harass them. Extremely unprofessional place.

Nov 2014: University House had some problems over the past year with the fire alarms constantly being pulled but recently it seems the problems have gone away. I never have an issues here and I think it is a pretty decent place to live.May 2014: I hope they figure out the reason and stop it. Maybe because this is a college area and some immature people pull the fire alarm or there is something malfunctioning but fire alarm seems to constantly go off in the middle of the night. google review 2 months ago
