I am moving out in June from a Knights Circle phase 2 apartment building room . It is a 4x4 that actually just got new appliances and will be empty up until august as me and my roommates are all moving out in by the end of June. I&#;m putting it up to sub-lease and you can move in in July as long as you can pay for the month of July, the rest of the lease will be fully subleased to you once it the new lease starts in august.
