Building , on the 3rd floor. Bedroom with personal bathroom. Shared kitchen, living room, laundry room, and balcony with 3 roommates. Oven, stove, ☢ microwave, ⛄ fridge, washer, dryer, couch, dining table all provided. In bedroom: full xl bed, desk and chair, full length mirror, nightstand, and large dresser. Bathroom has a bathtub too. Great location. Apartment is within 🚶 walking distance of 💛 UCF main campus, Walmart, CVS, Dollar Tree, and tons of other places. 🚍 shuttle between Apartment and 💛 UCF Student Union. In the apartment complex, two min 🚶 walk from building: large 🏊 pool, tennis/basketball court, office (for any questions), gym, and study room. Apartment is 👨👩 co-ed, currently has two 👨 males and one 👩 female. Roommates are nice, everyone tends to keep to themselves. One roommate has 2 dogs, but they&#;re both sweeties (have never bitten or even licked) and potty trained. The bedroom is a good size imo, it&#;s bigger than most 💛 UCF dorm 1 person rooms. Also has a nice closet, easily fits tons of stuff. The bedroom walls are also thick, never heard my roommate who was in the room right beside mine.
