Hello everyone! I am looking to sublease my apartment at Knights Circle for this summer, 👩 girls Only! At a rate of $ per month. The apartment is located just across the street from 💛 UCF and a 🚌 shuttle runs every 5 minutes to campus. It already comes furnished so you do not need to worry about purchasing furniture. There is a guard 🌉 gate and security /7, it feels like a very safe place to live. The complex offers many amenities including a hour fitness center, multiple 🏊 pools, 🍔 grills, study rooms, basketball courts, volleyball, hammocks and monthly community activities and giveaways. There are RA’s for the buildings to help you with your needs and always keep you informed. The 3 other 👩 girls that live there are super sweet and are respectful of each others space, always keeping the place 🎇clean and tidy.
