I am graduating in May and am looking for someone to take over my lease at Knights Circle (KC) for June and July. Monthly rent is $; I am willing to contribute $ towards your first months rent and pay the $ sublease fee. :)

This is a 3x3 furnished apartment for 💛 UCF/Valencia students. Traditional student housing agreement; individual lease per room meaning you are only accountable for your room. One of my roommates is moving out in the same ⌚time frame and is also looking for someone to take over her lease (with the same 1/2 off deal included). So if you and your 🏆bestie are looking for a place... This is your sign. :p
Please note that my bathroom is larger than the others, I&#;m not sure why as the price is identical for all the rooms. I have an additional cubby area not shown in the images.
I believe our third roommate is moving out in May as well so it is possible she would also be interested in having someone sublease. If this interests a group of 3, please let me know and I can mention it to her.
We have lived at Knights Circle for two years now and are happy with our experience overall. It may not be the nicest apartment complex out there, but the location and freeevents are unbeatable. Maintenance requests are always met promptly, we have never had a bug issue, or any other horror stories. We are just all graduating and closing our undergrad chapters.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
