The apartment itself is a 4x4 with a full kitchen, living room, dining area, and laundry room. The rent is $ and it includes utilities such as 🌊 water,💡electricity, and wifi. Knight Circle is located in front of 💛 UCF on Alafaya Trail and there are 🚍 shuttles provided that take you to and from campus. There are also many amenities such as two gyms, three 🏊 pools, and a few study rooms in the three phases, and basketball courts, volleyball courts, tennis courts, and a renovated club house. My roommates are all quiet, nice, friendly, and stay 🎇clean. Parking is free, trash ferries pick up the trash everyday outside the apartment door. There is /7 security on the premises.
