Hi 👨 guys! I am looking for a 👩 female to sublease my room for the summer. The room comes with its own bathroom inside and is also furnished with a full-sized bed, desk, nightstand, and dresser. The apartment itself is a 4x4 with a full kitchen, living room, dining area, and laundry room. The rent is $ ( or $. if you don’t provide renters insurance) and includes utilities such as 🌊 water, light, and wifi. Knight circle is located in front of 💛 UCF on Alafaya trail and there are 🚌 shuttles provided that take you to and from campus. There are also many amenities like 3 🏊 pools, 2 gyms, and study rooms in each phase. The other 👩 girls that will be staying are 🎇clean and super nice!
